CAD design services

The case types we design for laboratories and clinics.

All-on-X / Full-Arch Implant
Our specialist service, for full-arch implant restorations. FP1 through FP3, routine cases through to the complex ones, balanced across aesthetics, function, occlusion and manufacturability. Designed in exocad or 3Shape to your lab’s own prescription and workflow — ready for CAM and production.
Crown & Bridge
Single crowns, multi-unit bridges, inlays and onlays. Anatomy is shaped against the adjacent teeth and the opposing arch, with contacts, occlusal clearance, cement gap and margin set to the figures your lab works to. Returned as a native project file, ready for milling or printing.
Digital Wax-up
A wax-up to settle the shape before anything is made. Tooth proportions, midline and smile line are set against the face and the opposing arch, and the occlusal scheme is worked out at this stage. Use it for case presentation, for a mock-up, or as the blueprint the definitive design follows.
Custom Abutment
Abutments designed around the implant position rather than cut down from a stock shape. The emergence profile is built to support the tissue, the insertion axis is checked against the restorative space, and the margin is placed where the crown can actually be cemented and cleaned.
Removable Dentures
Full dentures and partial frameworks. Tooth arrangement is set for aesthetics and a balanced occlusion, the base is contoured to the ridge and the sulcus, and partials get undercut analysis and survey lines before the framework is drawn. Delivered ready for printing or milling.
Occlusal Splints
Splints built to whichever occlusal scheme the case calls for — flat plane, canine guidance, or what your clinician specifies. Thickness, coverage and retention follow the prescription, and the design comes back ready for a printing or milling workflow.
